In this Intermediate level course, swimmers will continue mastering all the developmental areas of swimming:
Swimmers will pursue aquatic learning through advanced swim drills, and organized group activities. Course participants will hone in on more specific stroke techniques for both freestyle & backstroke. Perfecting rhythmic breathing and timing during breaststroke, and learning the foundations of butterfly. Other essential skills will include learning proper swimming etiquette, circle swimming, and basic understanding of utilizing pace clock.
Strokes developed upon in this level are:
Emphasis is on deep-water confidence, stamina with stroke technique, treading water, surface diving, and diving from the side.
No make-up classes (Course is 10 weeks)

Participants must be 7 years to 12 years old when the program starts.
