Our swim camp in water sessions are taught by certified, highly experienced trained aquatic professionals. Our world-class, 25-yard, six-lane pool is located in Manhattan's Upper East Side. Our camp offerings are open to all swimmers. If you are just starting out, or a have a child who is a strong swimmer and want to become a competitive swimmer we have something for everyone.

What makes our swim camp special?

  • Expert Instruction: Our Certified coaches utilize a progressive curriculum tailored to individual needs, focusing on building strong stroke fundamentals and correcting technique for optimal efficiency.
  • Comprehensive Skill Development: Campers will develop crucial swimming skills including breath control, floating, kicking, arm strokes, streamlining, diving, and flip turns. We cover all four competitive strokes and incorporate specialized drills to enhance speed and technique.  
  • Engaging Activities: Beyond focused instruction, our camp integrates exciting water games, relays, and challenges to foster teamwork, sportsmanship, and a love for the water.
  • Beyond the Pool: We believe in a holistic approach to athletic development. Our program incorporates dryland training sessions to build strength, power, and flexibility, complementing in-water progress. We also emphasize important aspects like nutrition and mental preparedness to empower young campers with a well rounded foundation for success.
  • Water Safety is Paramount: Our highest priority is to ensure the safety of our campers at all times. We employ certified lifeguards, maintain strict supervision, conduct swim tests, and teach essential water safety skills to equip campers for confident and responsible enjoyment of aquatic activities.
